Why
Why do I use this framework? Because real growth isn’t a one-size-fits-all deal. True change happens when you work on your mind, body, and spirit together. By blending different methods, we create an approach that actually works for you — and honestly, it’s a lot more exciting that way.

What
Here’s where I might lose you with jargon — but stick with me. These are the tools I use in my sessions, and why they’re actually pretty awesome:

Somatic Practices: Yeah, fancy word for “getting out of your head and back into your body.” We use techniques like body awareness, breathwork, and connecting with physical sensations to release the stress your body’s been holding onto.

Cognitive Tools: Basically, we reframe your thoughts. Ever feel like your brain’s stuck in a loop of “I’m not good enough” or “This is never going to work”? We work on flipping those scripts.

NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming): Basically, we’re reprogramming your brain. If your subconscious mind has been stuck in a loop of negativity or doubt, we work to break that cycle.
